House # 99999000th!

Put another offer in on a house in a area that we like..one problem its a 2 Bedroom/1 Bath. We have already mapped out the back & at the price we bid we can add a master bed/bath & move the laundry inside(instead of the garage)- I can't stand the thought of going into a gross garage(its not finished) to clean clothes! It is another short sale(what isn't any more) so who knows when we might know if we will get it. All we know is we need to find and close on something by November 30th to take advantage of the $8K tax credit.
