Meyer Lemon Loaf tested

So I tasted my finished product. Not bad, a little dry & really heavy. Maybe the cake flour has something to do with the texture(I guess I'll try to figure out where I can get some). And next time I am just going to dip the cake while still hot in the syrup to make it soak it up better.

Oh & I meant to tell you, I was also overly upset because while at target looking for my "cake flour" and other ingredients. Target has, Meyer Lemon Cake, in a BOX for $2.49. screw making stuff from scratch!
