Here are some pics of some of my cooking adventures over the summer...
My new "go to" dessert involves pineapple delight cake mix, brown sugar, pineapple rings & cherries..what could be easier. This was my first try below & after that I got 2 extra large size muffin pans & now make individual cakes..so easy to make and always good.
I also made refrigerator sweet pickles using this recipe from Darby @ Fly through our window. Pretty yummy. Next time I'll stick to just making 1 jar at a time since we still have 3 and a half in our fridge and I don't even know if they are still safe to eat since its been about a month now.
